Legislative Session 2024-2025

Each election year, NCAAR invites candidates running for public office in New Jersey to share their opinions on substance use disorder through our Prevention, Treatment and Recovery survey. This is designed to promote transparency in the political process and provide voters with clear insight into candidate perspectives. 

With seats in both the New Jersey Assembly and Senate up for election in the 2024–2025 legislative session, more than 120 candidates were invited to complete the survey and outline their priorities related to substance use disorder. Below, you can explore their responses and learn more about their positions.
