Behavioral Health Care Coordinators $2,000 Sign-On Bonus! Ocean/Monmouth, Camden, and Somerset/Hunterdon Counties

The Care Coordinator conducts comprehensive substance use and mental health disorder assessments, makes treatment referrals, and provides intensive clinical case management services.

A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work or related field is required. LPC, LCADC or LCSW or documented evidence that an associate license or full license will be obtained in the next year. License/Certification: CADC, LCADC, LCSW or LPC (Preferred).

Must have a minimum of two years co-occurring disorder experience and applied knowledge of The ASAM Criteria, 3rd Ed., and the DSM-5-TR.

Assistant Care Coordinators $1,500 Sign-On Bonus! Clifton location

Duties include managing assessment schedules, processing referrals, answering phones, providing outreach to clients, coordinating services and performing administrative tasks. Must be extremely detailed oriented and reliable. Work experience with domestic violence, substance use and mental health disorders is a plus. Must have at least two years of solid office experience. Bilingual Spanish a plus but not required.
