Legislative Session 2026-2027

Each election year, NCAAR invites candidates running for public office in New Jersey to share their opinions on substance use disorder through our Prevention, Treatment and Recovery. This is designed to promote transparency in the political process and provide voters with clear insight into candidate perspectives.

Seats are up for election in both the Assembly and the Governor’s office for the 2026-2027 legislative session. Over 150 candidates were invited to complete the survey and outline their priorities related to substance use disorder. Below, you can explore their responses and learn more about their positions.
