About The Bill Club: NCAAR launched The Bill Club in 2024 to provide a space to discuss legislation and how it affects New Jersey constituents (that’s you!). Much like a book club, The Bill Club is open to everyone and presents an opportunity for people to come together to understand the legislative landscape, not only locally, but nationally. We will provide insight into how laws are enacted, and how people can advocate for change.
