The Assembly Oversight, Reform and Federal Relations Committee will meet on Monday, May 13, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the State House Annex in Trenton in Committee Room 13, 4th Floor.

They will consider bills:

A3974 –  Prohibits use of deceptive marketing practices by substance use disorder treatment providers.

A3975 – Regulates peer recovery specialists.

A3976 – Revises licensure requirements for residential substance use disorders treatment facilities or programs.

A3977 – Concerns State regulation of boarding houses, including cooperative sober living residences.

A3979 – Requires certain providers of substance or alcohol use disorder treatment, services, or supports to be accessed for conflicts of interest prior to receiving State funds, licensure, or certification.
