The Assembly Oversight, Reform and Federal Relations Committee will meet on Monday, May 13, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the State House Annex in Trenton in Committee Room 13, 4th Floor.

They will consider bills:

A3974 –  Prohibits use of deceptive marketing practices by substance use disorder treatment providers.

A3975 Regulates peer recovery specialists.

A3976 Revises licensure requirements for residential substance use disorders treatment facilities or programs.

A3977 Concerns State regulation of boarding houses, including cooperative sober living residences.

A3979 Requires certain providers of substance or alcohol use disorder treatment, services, or supports to be accessed for conflicts of interest prior to receiving State funds, licensure, or certification.
