Join us for a meeting of The Bill Club on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 12-1 PM via Zoom. We will discuss Senate Bill S2818 and Assembly Bill A3909, known as Max’s Law, which would require school districts to provide instruction on the dangers of fentanyl and xylazine. The bill is sponsored by Assemblyman John V. Azzariti Jr. M.D. (District 39, Bergen County), Assemblyman Anthony S. Verrelli (District 15, Hunterdon/Mercer counties); Senator Holly T. Schepisi (District 39, Bergen County), and Senator Vin Gopal (District 11, Monmouth County).
